It’s Monday which means it is time for Muffin Tin Monday! It feels like an eternity since the last MTM we participated in, but in reality it has only been a week. We missed last weeks MTM because we were here
Bryce National Park, Utah
We took a trip to Utah to visit family and had a blast. We got to play in the Mountains, ride horses on the farm, go swimming with cousins and celebrate 4th of July with an old fashioned parade & fireworks (lots of pictures to come.)
We just got home last night and of course have very little food in the house. I decided to do our Muffin Tin for breakfast this morning since I was able to round up something up for this meal and since there was no theme this week it was quick and easy.
